My First Run/Race Tomorrow! How 'bout some love to boost my confidence... Please ?
Tomorrow I am participating in a 6 mile Law Enforecemnt run for the NJ Special Olympics.
I am crazy nervous!
I starting running in August (ok I mostly walked from August to October). I have since lost 48 pounds.
I usually run on my treadmill. This is my first outdoor run....
Please wish me luck!
I will be mortified if no one answers

Good luck and have fun!!! Im doing my first 10K this Saturday .. Im so excited. Im not running for time, just to finish so theres no pressure. You will do great!!!! Let us know how it goes

Talk to people during the race...try to smile at any professional cameras you see and lift your hands at the finish line for a good end photo!
