my first sewing project!
this is my VERY FIRST sewing project!!! 
it's a sewing machine cover for my grandmother.
next, i will make a back support pillow to match!
there are countless mistakes on it... but i learned so much during the process.
only a grandmother will love this with all its defects lol
i can't wait to give it to her!

the fabric for the piecing was bought in 2011 over in Lancaster, PA
the backing... i bought an extra large men's button-down shirt at the thrift store. i used the back of the shirt for the backing and cut one sleeve into strips for the binding... cost me $2.99

i don't know if i'm talented or if i'm just crazy and would rather spend my time doing these things than cleaning my house lol
