My friends are doing a cookie bake off and they need ideas...
They have done rainbow, press, they want to stay away from gingerbread and choc. chip... They may do sugar since design is part of the theme...

Biscotti? (i'm trying to think of something that offers variation-- unless they both want to do the same thing, and see who's is better? sorry, im clueless about how bake- offs wor.  )

Yum, love biscotti.
What about peanut blossoms? The ones where you put Kisses or mini Peanut Butter Cups in the middle of the cookie as soon as it comes out of the oven. They look so cute. I make them at the holidays and my family loves them.
