Re: my inner thighs
I don't know how far along you are, but I'm 36+ weeks and my inner thighs are SO SORE! It reminds me of using that machine at the gym when you have to squeeze your legs shut. Between that, and my back pain, it is getting really hard to walk. Does anyone know what it's from? Just the extra weight?

Re: my inner thighs
I was wondering the exact same thing, I don't remember having this with my first pg and now it's killing me. Low back pain also. If anyone has any insight I would love to hear it!

Re: my inner thighs
My physical therapist said that my inner thighs were so painful and tender, because they were working really hard to help support me because my bones in my pelvic weren't aligned and weren't supporting me as well (Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction)
I massage that area almost every other day, and if its really bad apply heat pack only to my inner thighs.
When you massage notice the knots in your muscles hey should be extra tender and painful, a nice deep massage with smooth them out and make you feel better.
