i've seen people share coupons all the time and have never seen that - WOW - very dumb move on manager's part. probably turned off the other customers too. to you for sharing your coupons

I love kohls and i have also shared my coupons with other customers too, I would definetely file a complaint against the manager.. I'm sorry that happened to you.. For the nice person you are and sharing your coupons.

I emailed Kohls last night, here is their response so far ________________________________ Dear Ms. Thank you for your comments regarding your experience at the Fresh Meadow store.

I would absolutey write a letter personal & confidential to the president.
I just had an issue with a manager and an experience at KFC. I got home and wrote them a letter thru their website. I never heard a thing...today we got a $15 gift cert. to KFC.
Management needs to know about things like this. Hopefully, they'll email you some Kohls dollars. They don't want to lose business! Sorry that happened to you. I always pass along my coupons too.

This sounds very "Form Letterish"...
Seems to be very generic. You can essentially be writing to complain about pretty much anything and this could be sent back to you...
