My legs are starting to hurt
I can't tell if ti's the heat, the extra weight, or a lack of muscle but my legs are killing me these days.  Does anyone else have this problem? I need to start walking more. A lot more.

My legs are KILLING me. I dont know how people do this for years....I have the start of sciatica, but now the inside of my thighs and my calves have been hurting me so badly...I want to cry sometimes...right now I am sitting on a heating pad
