My Little Weekend Story
Funny how things work out. Been waiting and waiting to O! We were following Deanna's plan. Last wed. we BD...I wake up Thurs. AM with PINK EYE! Gross..so contagious...no BD thurs. night (also no + OPK thurs.) Fri. started my bday fun...I did not test on Fri. bc I was having family sleeping over anyway...we JUST COULD NOT bring ourselves to BD on fri. with my parents sleeping in a room that shares a wall with us. So, last night..with 80 people over I just knew it was happening. TOTALLY felt O...At 1130pm...tested....and got that damn smiley face I have been waiting for -and waiting for 20 freakin days!! Great news if we did not have a party going on. So somehow at 230am we did BD...wake up today and no more +OPK. DONE and Done. I totally missed it. I probably had a + on Friday too...just did not test. I think It was too little too late....to wait all those days...BD all that much...all to totally miss our chance to BD during O! On the bright side...It was a great party and this was cycle 2 in a row I O'd on Day 20. Now I know what to expect. On to next month.
Sorry for the long letter....just needed to get it out! Guess it was just not meant to be our month!

Laura, your timing is GREAT. You might have O'd yesterday or you could be Oing today! BD again today and tomorrow jstu to be safe.
The timing is REALLY GOOD and don't consider yourself out yet!

But I took a second OPK test....just now. Again negative. Plus my temp. was up this morning to 98.0- I will BD again today/tomorrow...but I have a sneaking idea that If I would have tested on Fri. it would have been +.

I agree.
For me though, I always O the day after my SECOND +OPK - so it could be like that for you too.
If your temp went up though, then yes you probably O'd yesterday but the egg could still be good today so you should try to BD again!

Yep, you never ever know. But, I am not too optimistic here. Oh well....one MAJOR positive....I can drink like a champ on our vaca in a week and a half....negative, AF is supposed to show up the day we leave. Nasty thing that AF!

You are definitely still in it! All it takes is 1 time and that time can be up to 5 days pre-O. You never know!!
