here is her ad that we just posted for her on a few websites. She is just recently divorced and now needs to support herself on her own, but she has been babysitting for 11years +

My name is Diane, I live in Seaford, NY. I am seeking a regularly scheduled nanny/babysitting job. Monday - Friday. Hours are negotiable. I have 11yrs+ experience with references available. I also take care of my 2. 5-year-old grand-daughter, so it would be ideal for me to watch another toddler as well so they can interact with each other but all ages are welcome. I prefer to provide childcare in my home however if you are comfortable with my granddaughter coming as well we came come to your home after 8:30 a.m. I have recently completed an infant CPR class. I can provide a safe, loving and comforting environment for your loving children. I have all the necessities such as pack and play, lots fun and educational toys and books, swing, bouncer, stroller and feeding utensils. We have 3 small friendly dogs. I am looking for a start date after September 1st, 2009 until at least the end of the school year. A school teacher would be ideal. I look forward to hearing from your family soon.

It reads really well. The only question I have is "What is her rate?" There is no mention of salary expectations.
