I'm looking for a gift for someone... do you think this would work on someone with a large chest?

I was hoping maybe the ladies who are well endowed could let me know if you'd wear this...

Edited to say that I have total boobage.. and I think i'd wear it... but the person I'm considering it for is even more blessed than myself in the area of the girls I don't know if she'd rock it..

i would definitely wear that! i am huge on top it's nice b/c the focus is on the neckline, not the chest, and it looks like it would drape nicely b/c of the material.

This is the other top I was considering... I'm not sure if you can tell from this pic.. but it's a knit, and you'd have to wear a tank under it...

Me, I wouldn't wear it. I'm a DDD. But I LOVE the second blue top. I would totally layer that with a tank and it would give a nice smooth bust line.

Now I'm torn again... I don't know how she'd feel about the "pleating" under the bust.. I don't think I've seen her in a shirt like that... so maybe that's because she doesn't like them...

The red is cheaper.. but only by like $10... so it's not even like I can make a decision based on the price tag! I hate buying people gifts I don't know for sure they'll LOVE!

Sorry! I'm just thinking of me and what I like to wear. But it could also be that I'm not skinny with big boobs. My stomach is definitely not flat, so overall I would lean towards the blue shirt over the red. So it really just depends on her body shape overall.

I love the red, but for me (a big boobied gal) it wouldn't look good... it would look like a tent.

I'm big on top (G cup) and I wouldn't wear the red. I think it would make me look heavy. I just don't think it's a flattering look for girls with a chest over a DD.

It is pretty, but I wouldn't wear it. I think it would make someone with a large chest look much bigger than they are (not in the chest area, but in the belly) because of the way it drapes.

I am a full DD and I like the blue one better, with a plane tank top is perfect.. The red would not work for me with big boobs and fat belly.

I just saw that top in Anthropologie the other day. It's very pretty, however I am a small D with a very small waist and tend to stay away from shirts like that. With a bigger chest I feel I look better in fitted shirts that show the curves rather than a more blousy shirt that tends to look like a tent on me and looks like I am hiding something underneath.

Again, the shirt is really pretty and the material is really great...but I think it looks better on girls with less on top!

I have a big chest and wouldn't wear the red top because it would drape nicely over my boobs then just hang out over my tummy like a tent, making it appear larger than it is. I would DEFINITELY have worn it while pregnant, but not now.

Thanks for your thoughts everyone! I think you're right... the red won't be as flattering as something else I could find. I'm going to take a trip to the mall this weekend to find something.... I'll keep ya posted on what I buy
