Fell down yesterday and broke her foot in three places. She is currently sitting in a hospital bed awaiting surgery.
This is especially hard given her cancer situation. See post on FHF .
I would appreciate any prayers you can send her way.

** Update 4:30 PM 1/11**
UGH!!!! They can't perform surgery today. Due to the chemo her blood counts are off. She is on transfusion # 3 (which BTW scares the cr@p out of me). They are hoping for Wednesday.
***Update 2:20 PM 1/13***
Mom is out of surgery and in recovery. Everything appears to have gone according to plan. She has a plate and screws on the outside of her leg, and screws on the inside of her leg, as she broke both leg bones at the ankle - one of them in two different places. Now she just has to learn how to use crutches and/or a walker.

I'm so sorry she has to deal with this after everything else! Prayers and easy recovery vibes being sent your/her way! I broke my ankle in 3 places 4 years ago and had surgery - It wasn't fun, but I am OK.
