* My most exciting home renovation project! with pics!
Just wanted to post the following in case anyone else is interested in this project!!!!!
I hired the same people who did my bathroom because Al and his team are the most reasonable by far! The labor for this project was 1,400! I never would have been able to do my bathroom and this project without them.
Anyway, they built the entire awning for me, installed 10 beautiful lights, a fan, and two skylights! I bought all of the materials. You, regretfully, cannot see how pretty the beadboard looks ... but if anyone does this I would suggest the beadboard paneling!
I cannot wait to get the pavers and siding done!!! Now all we need is a patio set and then my husband and I will be spending a lot of time out there this summer! Also, now I never have to freakout when it rains on the days I plan on having a big BBQ! YAY!!!

Can I ask how much the bathroom cost? What other things does this guy do? Does he finish basements? Is electrical included or does he bring in someone?
TYIA!

check out my bathroom recommendation. Scroll through for more details. I never added finished product pics. I will try soon!
They do everything! Also, I received a very reasonable quote for my basement. I am planning on doing my basement this winter with him!
His labor for the bathroom was approx 4k.

That looks great! Did you have exsiting overhang before? How big is it? Also, how much did it run on materials?

Nope, we had nothing! No overhang. The whole project ran just under 5,000. You could cut costs without doing fan at 250 and skylights 500.

wow did you have to get a CO or permit for that? Looks great. We have a breezeway that we are thinking of extending to a larger awning.
