my neighbor's dog...
keep pooping on my side walk and grass! These are actually recent neighbors and they have a small baby. I also have a toddler and a dog so i understand when its too cold or you just can't take the dog out you let them out. But I also stand by the window watching and pick up when he's done. Ugghhhh Should I go ring their bell? I am tired of picking up after their dog!

i would absolutely say something. that's rude and disgusting!
i would be nice about it though... just say something like, "i'm not sure if you know this but your dog has been pooing in my yard lately, which is fine bc dogs poo where they wanna poo, but would you mind cleaning it up? i just don't want my children stepping in it by mistake"

are you sure its their dog?? and if it is.. then i would handle it very carefully.. neighbors can be a godsend or PITA ..
