Yeah...
I type tons faster on my desktop computer than I do on my laptop...
I'll have to log on using my desktop and see what my score is on there.

This was interesting, but I think it would work better if you were typing actually sentences that made sense, rather than discrete words. The context of the sentence and the ability for your brain to be prepared for the next word, would increase your speed.

I think somewhere on the site it does tell you that this will not give you an "exact" speed, but it will give you at least a ball park idea of how fast you type..... for me, it was just a lot of fun!
