My not so funny story-sciatica related

I have sciatica. real bad. It's on the right side only. I had it with dd but literally the second I found out I was pg it came back...with a vengence.
So last night after giving dd a bath she was in her chair drinking her milk (our regular routine) and I wanted to clip her toenails. I plop a pillow on the floor and sit. She's too fussy and the nails never get done so I'm still just sitting in the floor. DH was sitting on the couch watching me as I attempted to plot a scheme a plan for me to get up. Normally I have him help me up but I thought I'd be Superwoman last night. Stupid April. Real flippin stupid.

I was trying to go about how I can get up by myself and the only logical way I could think was to make my way to my hands and knees by the couch and pull myself up that way. Would have been nice if I ever made it to the couch. I get on my hands and knees and that's when the sciatica pain hit. The stabbing/sharp as hell/immobilizing/holy flippin shyt/what the fluck pain attacked. And there I was infront of dd on all fours screaming in agony for dh to come help me. I was stuck. Like literally stuck. DH didn't know what to do and when he asked me what he should do i could only say I don't know. It was horrible. Smack me in the face with a baseball bat before I ever attempt to get up on my own from the floor.

I have trouble getting off the couch by myself what in my right mind was I thinking when I tried to get off the floor???
