My not so great experience at Target for pics
So we went to take DS's First B-Day pics and Christmas pics. He looked so adorable in his outfits and was so happy. Unfortunately, the girl that was taking the pictures was such a ding bat...first of all she did not know how to talk to kids and how to make them laugh, which ok fine I was working so hard to get him to sit and focus and smile and then when he had a great smile the ding bat either did not take the picture or something went wrong with her camera. There were maybe 2 pictures that I liked and I walked out of there disappointed and with a couple of pics which won't be ready until November 18 or something...so I decided to head to Sears next weekend! The picture quality is great though at Target. I just wish their staff was different.

Which one did you go to?
We had great experiences at Target every time we went. But I think we just got lucky.
Sorry your pics were dissapointing.

Im wondering which target you went to also because Ive used them about 4 times and had as good experience each time. Im sorry it didnt work out. I hope Sears gets some better shots for you next weekend!

Sears takes about 10 days to get the pictures in (in case you didn't know that). I went today and they won't be in until the 21st she said (although they have always been in within 10 day). They do offer same day for three dollars extra a sheet.

The staff is the same at the Target in South Setauket. We are going on Tuesday, just to give it another try, but the last time we were there, I wanted to scream at the girls.

I'm going to try Sears next weekend. And Stephanie already gave us heads up about JCPenney...last resort will be taking pics by myself.

I've had the exact opposite experience at the Setauket Target. The staff were amazing and were the only staff EVER to get my son to smile. And they also re-did pictures for me free of cost when I decided I wanted different ones. The only thing that stinks is the wait.
