Try calling the Mineola Dept. of Public works. I don't know if they deal with businesses - but they should.
They may not pump out the water but when we had a flood in our basement due to a backed up toilet they came in and cleaned the sewer lines. No charge - part of our taxes.
It's worth a shot - (516) 746-0753
Maybe this will prevent problems in the future.
