My poor baby has Baby Acne
I feel so bad for her.
Its on her cheek and it bugs the hell out of me!!! but I know I can do nothing but wipe her face with a wet towel/cotton ball daily.
UGH!!! 
Just had to vent... tell me this goes away....

It goes away! DD had excema and the worst case of cradle cap - I thought it would be there FOREVER, but it's gone!

My DS's face is just starting to clear from it. He had it from week 3-6. yes, I wish there was something more we could do for it.

My DD had severe acne. It was actually like huge welts and she would scratch it because it was itchy. I took her to the dr. for it and first they recommended over the counter hydrocortisone cream, to help with the itchiness. That didn't help much, so they recommended a stronger prescription hydrocortisone cream.
Normally the best way to handle baby acne is to leave it alone. Just keep an eye on it though. We had to use the hydrocortisone cream through 3 months becuase i just kept coming back.

I keep wanting to take a pic of him for an announcement card, but I want to wait for the stuff on his face to go away

dd got baby acne, cradle cap and eczema at 3 weeks of age. the baby acne and cradle cap went away w/in 10 days, but it took about 3 months for the eczema to go away completely.

DD had this pretty bad and it completely went away. I think it is pretty common in most babies.

DS had a bad case too, even through his scalp. In fact, our Christmas cards went out late, because I kept waiting for it to get better before taking the photos. Vain, I know....
Don't worry, it will go away eventually.

My Ped said that baby acne is actually from the skin being dry, as opposed to adult acne, where it's from the skin being too oily.
She suggested aquifier which I also used on his cradle cap and both have disappeared.

Landon had baby acne too. It started around 3 weeks old and lasted til about 5/6 weeks old.
