my poor dog..

We are up visiting my parents and we come from a home with central air. Unfortunately my parents don't have it. Bella usually lays right on our vents at home to cool off. The poor dog has been spending all day in my childhood bedroom because the bedrooms are the only rooms that have AC. She will not leave the room!! She doesn't even want to go outside to the bathroom, and we are here for another 4 days!! I feel so bad for her!! Now my parents dog who is used to this, just lays outside in the dirt all day long!!

It's crazy right? I can't imagine how our dogs must feel. Their normal body temperature is higher than ours, and then you add a fur coat, and some people walk their dogs on hot pavement too... Poor little guys!

i have a 6 month old poodle and she wants NO part of going outside. she goes in the yard to do her business and that's it...she loves to go for walks, but not in this heat.

I feel bad for your Bella. At least she's smart to stay by the AC, when she has to "go", she'll go out.

Ahhh!! Poor guy!! Our AC broke last night. My dog was sleeping on the tile. Thank goodness it's fixed now
