my poor god daughter
i feel horrible again her mom and i where out side on my deck and she came out with us and just as we where going back inside she decided to run for the steps down into the back yard and you guessed it, she slipped right through both of our arms and right down the steps onto the cement at the bottom of the stairs on her face she had a HUGE bump on her head when i picked her up and i ran her inside. i took care of the head right away with ice and her nose i cleaned it and as i was holding her to calm her down and her mom was calling the dr. she went to pass out i freeked out and basically shook her to keep her awake. they told us to rush her in and you can bet i rushed.. we get there and she was doing ok.. she scared me sooo badly though and i may have over reacted but i really did not care. she is ok but they have to watch her for the next 24 hours real close... the one thing that sucks about being 2 they really can't tell you how they feel
the one funny part is i had just gotten out of the shower and i was in my pj's pants and slippers at the dr. office and my hair after it dried well those with curly hair can tell you how frizzy it is now
thanks for letting me vent... i just was soooo scared, she is just a little peanut and i got sooo scared and felt horrible. needless to say i will be putting a gate on the deck stairs.

thanks guys. i wish i could have gotten them to stay here tonight, just so i can hold her and make sure i will be calling them alot to make sure she is ok

oh no!!!! im sure she will be ok. its amazing how kids fall down, get bumps and bruises and heal so quickly.
