My sciatica is starting to act up already
I had terrible sciatica pain around 6-7 mo. with DS. It was so bad I couldnt put pressure on my right leg, it would collapse. I am only 3 1/2 mo. but I think it started so early b/c I fell twice the other day. It hurts so bad to pick up DS to put him in and out of the car seat and crib. I am just praying it doesnt get as bad as last time!

I know how you feel. I haven't had it since DS#1 and lately I can feel the pain is coming back It's an awful feeling.

I had it with DD too & it never really went away, but it did ease up. As soon as I got pregnant it got awful again

I hope it doesn't get as bad for you again  I've never had to experience the pain myself but from what I've heard from others - I am so sorry you deal with it, especially during pregnancy

Same here. Last pregnancy, sciatica started at 6 1/2 mths. This time it started at 3 mths!

When my sciatica acts up (it has since I was a teenager), I have simple leg lifts that help. You can definitely do them preggo. FM me if you want instructions on what to do.

I had it bad last time and the only thing that helped was accupuncture. I was not a believer before I went. I swear it was a godsend. You may want to give it a shot.

i didn't have it at all last time, but this time around i was feeling hints of it last week - first on the left side for a couple days, then on the right. it went away, but i'm worried that this is going to be an issue for me this pregnancy 
i've heard that acupuncture really helps. one of my friends also used a chiropractor and she said that was helpful...

I am so in the same situation, my pains started in 3rd trimester with first, and around 4-5 mos with the second pg. I also have major pelvic pains. OB says due to being stretched out from first PG and DC sitting lower in the pelvis, it also makes it easier/ more likely to sit on sciatic.
