My Shower
I had my shower two weeks ago, on Sunday August 28th. I didn't have any pics until now but my friend just e-mailed me some. Here are some pics of my big fat momma belly and pics from the shower.
First pic is me, of course.
2nd is me and the hubby, even though he's making a really silly face and he'd kill me if he knew I posted this here!!
3rd is me with my Niece, Antoinette.

I had a pretty good idea it was my shower, and then I pulled up and there were like 50,000 cars in front of my aunt's house. So I wasn't entirely surprised, but it was still great!

Ok, well any special gifts... I'll try to ignore the faces! I love seeing baby shower gifts.. they are SO much more fun then wedding shower gifts especially when people get creative!

I got a lot of great things. My friends got me my travel system, I got the aquarium swing that I had registered for, and my friend actually made me up this awesome basket and she stuffed the baby outfits with easter basket stuffing so they looked full like a baby. That was totally adorable. My sister also got me a beautiful vera bradley diaper bag and these cute little porcelain boxes, one that says "First Curl" and one that says "First Tooth." THey were really special. Actually I can try and take pics of them with my digital now and post them.

Here are the first tooth and first curl boxes my sister got me.
I will look through the other photos my friend e-mailed me again and see if there are any other good ones to share. Right now the kodak easyshare thing keeps freezing up my computer. Image Attachment(s):

The curl box is like the one thing I opened that made me cry right there. We all have very curley hair in my family so for some reason it just really hit home!
And now at my last sono on Thursday they said the baby has a LOT of hair, we could see it spiked out all over the place! Lol, so I just might be filling that box sooner then though!
