Long story short after countless battles and going back and forth both of my stepsons parents have sent him to the right doctor and he was diagnosed with ADHD. They are putting him on medicine.

However, he lacks social skills which leads to alot of behavioural issues. For anyone who has kids or deals with ADHD - what are some activities or schedules you have in place to help your child. Any changes or dietary food that helps your kid(s) etc..

We are panning on putting him back in Karate and maybe a sports activity. He is addicted to Video games which has been stopped all together. So I am looking for other things he can be doing regularly and get his interests focused on other things. He doesnt live with me but any suggestions, I will pass on to his mom.

Anything that has been extremely helpful or things to avoid would be great.
