FMing you, btw, one day of no prenatals is NOT going to harm your baby. I am sure of this.Chat Icon

You are not hurting your baby. He/She is very well protected in you and having some stress in not going to hurt him/her. Forgetting one day of vitamins isn't going to hurt either...
If you still feel down after a few days, you should talk to your doctor about it. Chat Icon Chat Icon

Relax. Chat Icon You're not hurting the baby. I've forgotten to take prenatals quite a few times including last night. Don't worry about it. Some people can't even take prenatals throughout their pregnancy b/c they can't keep them down.

Everyone gets stressed out and emotional during pregnancy. I've cried several times during the pregnancy for stupid reasons. It's part of being hormonal. The baby is well protected. If you're really concerned, speak to your doctor.

I think we are about the same time....I'm 11W3d...I've had a few days where I'm super bummed and moping around and crying for no reason. I've missed my prenatals a bunch of times due to MS. My midwife says its fine and to relax about it.

Its Hormones, its horribel what they do to us, but just knwo this is all normal!!

You are not hurting the baby, just relax! Chat Icon I definitely have my stressful days and get myself all upset over the stupidest things, we try to be super women most days and we just need to take a step back and let it go! Easier said than done but don't worry it's perfectly normal, atleast I think so!
