Oh thanks everyone!  I got the boots from payless of all places...BUT DD's got such chunky legs those boots hardly zip up. You can see in the chair picture all her chubby rolls are squished to her knees 
I wish I could find boots like that for myself...and a sweater dress like that in my size too.

DD has chunky legs too. I bought her all ankle boots (same style as the ones your DD is wearing)
High boots like that are hard to fit on chunky legs!
