Glad to hear you got through and...if it helps, I gave up on the q-cap after a bit. I found it easier to mix with the original needle on the syringe and then just change the needle. Less steps and there was no loss in accuracy.
Sending you lot's of follie vibes...get as many eggies as you can, you can always freeze some!!!
REALLY? I actually hated not having the Q Cap. Couldnt do it without it...and that was with 6 vials of meds, so it did take some time. I could never get the meds up the needle without it..LOL...
How has it been now T? Second nature? ( god forbid!)

Never thought I would say this but I'm "shooting up like a rock star" these days  You can quote me on that. Hey, there's an avatar for me.
DH is a big pincher... he loves to pinch my belly... it's a hereditary thing from his Dad's side... all of the men need to pinch their women, babies' cheeks, the fat on the cat... they need to do it. Dh reached for my belly just now, about 15 minutes after my injections and I SLAPPED HIS HAND  . I was like, you touch there and you die because it's tender.
So what does he say... "So what other part of you is safe to pinch and squeeze" He got all pouty when I told him my butt will be off limits soon too

Thanks. 90% of the time I'm one tough cookie... I mean I teach obnoxious high school students and I can dish it out as well as I can take it Do a search on some of my most recent posts as you shall see It's really hard to get me to almost cry but jeez when someone is driving from Suffolk to Manhasset every morning, shooting themselves up twice or three times a day, watching every little things she eats and drinks, and has essentially been grounded for her entire summer vacation, you would think he could be a bit sensitive?
Then I call DH and he is asking me, "well, what does that mean?" about a billion times. I wanted to tell him, "I am sick of explaining the chemical/hormonal cocktail that is necessary for me to have a child. Go to the library and take out a book on human physiology because I am done."
Oh, I am so not nice Tweez today. I feel like all of the hormones are causing the evil one to break free
Thanks for the hugs I soooooooo need them today    (this is my mood right now)

Good luck T. Sorry its been an emotional couple days. I know you are planning 5 days of bedrest. Have you talked to Dr. Chu about it. I have heard that too much bed rest can be a bad thing, because of blood flow and all. I would do two days of bed rest and then light duty.

Thanks everyone.
I'm doing five days because I have a friend who did IVF a few times and wasn't successful until she did 5 days of bedrest.
I'm off for the summer and can do it. IVF would be almost impossible to do during the school year.
