MyKnobs.com in Carle Place?
Has anybody ever been to their showroom on Old Country Road? Do they have a lot on display?
I found some cabinet hardware that I'm interested in on their website, but their return policy is kind of pricey (25% restocking fee on almost all pieces), so I'd rather see the hardware in person.

I've used them, as did other family members.
I didn't return anything,thus no restocking fee. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had a huge selection. I also went to the store because I rather "touch and feel".
Theres parking in the back. Happy shopping.

I wasn't that impressed BUT I have kind of a funky taste. They had lots of traditional style stuff but it's definitely worth checking out

I have ordered from them online but kept what I ordered.
I have always wanted to go in there and recently attempted, but it is such a biotch to park over there so I didn't go in...wish I did go in b/c I could give you more info. It just is in such an inconvenient spot.

I used them and was very happy with them. I would def recommend going to the showroom, because some of the colors and sizes of the cabinet pulls look entirely different when you see them in the showroom-as opposed to online.
The staff was very helpful- the knobs that I wanted were from RK int'l, and were on the pricier side-the girl who helped me showed me the same exact knob by topknob-for 1/4 of the price!
ETS-forgot to mention, there showroom is pretty big-you should find what you want there.

my MIL got her knobs there. she took one of the cabinets with her to see what they would like like against the finish on her cabinets.

Me too! I ordered knobs online and loved them. Carle Place is a treck for me!!!
