Nail clipper spin off-toes?

I have always had the hardest time doing DDs toes. I don't know if she is ticklish or just squirmy.

She is 19 months and I've tried distracting her with toys, doing it when she is sleepy or wide awake, while she is strapped in her high chair, everything I can think of.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions for you because DS is the exact same way. He will not let me near his toes. The second I pick them up, he pulls them away. If you find the secret... let me know!

I do it while he's on the changing table.
I put my back to him and put my left arm over him and clip w/ my right hand.

Every few minutes I turn around and do peak a boo. He laughs HYSTERICALLY the entire time. He's pounding on my back, totally thinks it's a game.

Either when she's asleep or in front of the TV was best at 18 months - 2 years.
