Nail Polish Remover???
Anyone ever hear to only use non-acetone when pregnant???
If so, anyone know why?
I have a friend who gives me a lot of information, some of it is great and sometimes it's just inaccurate... so I always double check. I asked her why and she said she doesn't know why but a nurse told her that when she had her 2nd mc.

Re: Nail Polish Remover???
Sorry I didnt hear that- I would just be careful with the fumes from it- if you use it stay in a well ventilated area

Re: Nail Polish Remover???
I switched to non-acetone. I run the bathroom fan when I remove my polish.
I've never heard of miscarrying from nail polish remover but you never know. Not to scare you or anything. Just make the switch and still ventilate with any harsh chemical.

Re: Nail Polish Remover???
I only use the non-acetone kind, but I've done than for years. Excessive exposure to acetone can kill nerve endings in your fingers. And it smells bad IMO - the polish remover w/o it isn't as harsh. I've never heard of it causing an m/c
