So 35 weeks later we are still debating names. We have been trying to eliminate. Do you think Andrew and Anthony are too close for our twin boys?
Names would be:
Andrew Christopher
Anthony Michael
DH is worried they sound too close

I'm sorry but I agree with your DH. I think they are too matchy matchy with the same "An-" beginning sound. Picture yourself screaming their names on the playground. It's a bit of a tongue twister to get both names out IMO.

I like both names, but they are a little close with the An beginning. I'd probably change one of them.

They are similar but that doesnt mean its bad or you shouldnt use them!

I like them both. They are similar. It depends what you are going for. Some parents like similar names for twins while others like very different names. You could always use nicknames for one or both Tony or Drew.
