Nanny costs
For people that have nanny come to you how much do you pay and what r their hours? I have to start looking around.

Here's info on Nanny compensation -its from Park Slope Parents, and their 2008 survery. They say the avg starting salary is 11-15$ an hour.
I pay mine 10/hour -40 hour week.

We pay $2600/month. It is $12/hour for full-time. She gets 2 weeks paid vacation and sick days (I don't limit these - thank you for not coming when sick!). At the holidays she gets an extra week's pay as bonus.
