Nap and Bed time Help- A little embarassed

So my DD just turned 1 and I am embarrassed to say that I nurse my DD to sleep at night and for nap times. I am trying to wean her now that my milk supply has dramatically decreased and she is 1. I need to know how to get to her to bed without the breast. I have tried pacifiers and she will not take it. I have tried the CIO but she will cry and scream until she throws up. Any advice would be soo helpful.

maybe try a cup of milk instead, see if that helps
