Nasal Spray Question
OK - really stupid question....
How far up do you stick the thing? I was perscribed Nasocort and I'm afraid of either sticking it up too far or not far enough.
Can anyone offer advice???

I do it I guess about 1/2 an inch. far enough so that all of the stuff really is going up my nose, but not so far I'm hitting cartilage and bones!

I think it's Nasacort that I use and the ENT Dr told me to aim it towards the back of the nose, not up it.

There's no little stopper tab on it so you can't put it in too far?
I used Nasonex and it went in about an inch. I was told to tilt my head forward and take care not to spray it on the seperation between the nostrils. To aim up and breathe in lightly when spraying.

Thanks for the advice girls!
For some reason, I am pertified of nose sprays and just wanted to make sure that I was doing it right and wouldn't traumatize myself further!
