I won't give away any spoilers incase people haven't seen it but WTF. How can you end a series like that.
Now this goes into my top 3 of sucky finales along with Lost and the Sopranos.

Haven't watched it yet, but it is probably because the show was supposed to continue next season instead of ending.
I'm hoping another network picks it up.

Without giving away a spoiler, I ready online that they had filmed an alternate ending that wrapped things up more, but decided not to use it. But they definitely would have had time to edit the show between the cancellation announcement and now!

and had Avery and Hayden end up together. Every other storyline was wrapped up

I read that they did not use the alternate ending they shot, because they are really hoping they will be picked up by another network or online. So that is why they decided to leave it off as a cliffhanger, so there is some where else to go. One of the producers ( I think producer anyway) tweeted out that this wasn't the end, so maybe a deal somewhere is in the works!

I've thought about starting this show a million times...but with what I've heard about the cliffhanger...I'm afraid to start! Maybe I'll wait to see if it gets picked up somewhere else!

I think the "finale" was great. It gave us just enough to be happy but yet left it open incase they get picked up by another network. Another network better pick it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
