Nassau (and other areas of course too) Mommies - How about finalizing plans for a stroller group at Roosevelt field or the Source Mall
I would be happy to try to coordinate it - I know there were several mommies who wanted to walk say once a week.
I am going to put up a post as to the most popular days - we could make it say the two most popular days.
If we did it - which would people prefer Roosevelt field or the Source?
To start can we say 11 am - the time can change but lets just see how many people could work it out - a few mommies is better than none at all right? We could do afternoons instead.
If we can get groups of a few mommies in each category then we can have each group work out the details.

Christine I am all for it - I prefer Source just because it isn't as crowded, and the parking are is covered.
Monday or Thursday are OK for me. Oh and Friday when Adelphi finishes...

I agree with the source - just mentioned RF because it is bigger to walk in but the source is where I usually go b.c it is always pretty empty.

ok, a stupid question: are people walking around the mall with the intent of moving fast and exercising or are people walking around together, window shopping and chatting??
i think i would like to be a part of this, whatever it is!! any day but tuesday is good for me and i vote source over roosevelt field too.

Christine I do NOT want to step on your toes - Why not do a trial run this Thursday?? (Tell me to butt out if you want, right now and I will!!)
Too often people try to plan stuff, this one can make this day, that one the other, then things get changed, yadda yadda and in the end - nothing.
Soooooo-----at the risk of being bossy, can we say this Thursday at 11am at the Source?? Meet say in front on Cheesecake Factory inside??
Anyway I am going to go - hope to see SOMEone there!!

Just proving Kara's point. I would love to do this but cannot make this Thursday (having car repairs done). But I would still love to join you all next week
