I think Soccer Tots have several locations in Nassau - 2 that I can think of are West Hempstead off Hempstead Turnpike at Island Garden and I think they also have one at Westbury Friends.
There is something called C.A.T.S soccer that I have heard from parents at DD's preschool but I can't find anything about it now.
Also check out US Sports Institute. DD is doing a little Squirts camp with them with our town. Ours is for residents only BUT US Sports Institute has a TON of them all over the tristate area I believe - and they are in other local towns and don't require you to be a resident. They do multiple sports though - but you could see if they offer just soccer.
Soccer in my town doesn't start until 4.

I HIGHLY recc pro soccer kids. DS (almost 4) has been taking classes for a year now and we love it!

They also have a soccer tots location in Bethpage. we did a trial class and I thought it was great.

Thanks everyone. Looks like we might go with prosoccer kids for the fall! I am going to finish looking into it this week. They have a ton of classes! So excited.
