Nassau Dog Owners Renew Efforts to Create Eisenhower Dog Park
Nassau County dog owners have renewed efforts to get the Nassau Parks Dept. to create a dog park in Eisenhower Park.
Organizers are asking dog owners to email the Parks Commissioner Jose Lopez at [email protected] or call 516/572-0272 and ask about the dog park.
Numerous emails from dog owners to the Parks Commissioner earlier this year resulted in the Dept. agreeing to create a dog park at Eisenhower Park. Now, the Parks Dept. just needs to actually create it!
What you can do: Email the Parks Commissioner and thank him for agreeing to create a dog park at Eisenhower and ask him to make it a reality!
