Co-Op Owners
How much of your maintenance is tax deductible? I noticed that in most buildings it is 50% but I want to see what others get out there! Thanks!
By the way, we looked at some co-ops and I can't tell you how many buildings now accept 10% (you just have to make sure you have a mortgage pre-approval) and some don't even require Board Approval...also, since we have a dog, we were looking at some pet-friendly buildings which are beautiful, with terraces, but the maintenance is a killer...worth it though if we want to keep our five year old Boxer.

When we close at the end of the month (fingers crossed), it will be 63% (in park slope)
