Nassau...Dance School.
Anyone have their kids in a great dance school?
Looking to get Bella in Ballet and Tap for the fall and I don't necessarily need to stay within my town...
Anything you can request South Shore and West would be amazing....

I always drive by one in Carle Place on Westbury Ave near Cardinelle's and LaBottega (before the Domino's) When I was little I always wanted to go there, and I am dreaming of my lil girl to go there... I have never been there, but when I was little always wanted to go ahhaha lol...
I think there is also one on Nassau Blvd, or New Hyde Park Rd in Garden City (I forget which st)

This is in Albertson (just North of Mineola) It's the dance studio all the girls went to when I was growing up....only we couldn't afford it at the time. It's got a great rep but I have no idea if it's  or not.

I have many friends who's daughters go to the "Garden City Dance School" (in Garden City South on Nassau Blvd) and love it.
Also "Steps Alive" on Dogwood Avenue in Franklin Square...again LOVED by everyone around here.

I remember Steps Alive....thanks everyone for their suggestions.
I never did dance...I was too muc of a tomboy in too big of a family.
I remember June Claire in West Hempstead...and I remember how snotty the moms were.

Yessss! my niece takes dance here and this is my sister's best friend..it's an adorable barn she teaches dance out of!

I think it use to be called Conservatory Dance School not sure now but it's next to Men's World.

this is walking distance from my house I think I am going to be sending my DD there too! maybe next year! I danced for almost 15 yrs (tap & Jazz) I cannot wait for my DD to do the same!
