I actually haven't been sick yet, I keep up with my prenatals and try to eat well.
But if you are really feeling crappy, I am pretty sure you can take Tylenol products and if you need it, Robitussin, double check with your doctor just to be sure though.

I use Shower Soothers in a hot shower just before bed, and in the morning to help me breathe.
A humidifier.
Nasal Flushing - Neti Pot.
Hot tea with lemon and honey
It sucks, I know...I went through this during the holidays...feel better!

Everything from my rt temple, to rt ear and rt throat gland hurt. I bet i have an ear infection cause my ear canal is really wet and hurts.

you may need to get checked by the doctor if it's an ear infection, in the meantime, i would do all the things kara said, especially the neti pot and because of your throat/gland, i would gargle every couple of hours with warm salt water.

If you aren't feeling well, definitely go to the doctor. I was sick about a week ago, and I had strep throat. The doctor gave me some antibiotics and I'm all better now!
