Does anyone know where the $60 million fine is going? Who will be receiving that?
Their it will go towards children of abuse programs and the victims.

I'm not sure how I feel about taking away an earned victory. I do agree with breaking the program & penalizing them to the point that the school will never again put a sport above the law.
What I really hope is that it sends the message to every college. Penn State isn't alone in their blind loyalty to a college sport - nor do I think they're alone in letting criminal acts slide for the sake of a sports program.
