I think maybe it works if it's a really long necklace (like the pic in the link below -too large to post), but generally I vote nay. I'd probably wear a pair of dramatic earrings to dress up a turtleneck.

That's what I was thinking! But I do like a long necklace, like a strand of beads with a turtleneck, but not a thin gold or silver chain, or pendant or anything like that.

I wore a turtle neck today...with along necklace...and i think it looks really nice....it depends bc some times if the turtle neck looks OLD lady...it just doesnt work!
