one of my son's classmates... 20 - 25 dollars.. what are the new cool toys for girls!! TIA

You could go to Kohls or somewhere like that and get her a bunch of "dress-up" jewelry. My niece LOVED to play dress-up at that age.
If not you could always get a gift certificate to a toy store so she can pick out her own present!
