Need a Good Menu
I'm having Mother's Day dinner at my house for my DH's family over on the Sat before Mother's Day.
Any suggestions for a nice dinner.
I usually make chicken parm because it's the whole family's favorite but I just feel like it's so blah. Any suggestions? I'm looking for a WOW meal. TIA

Re: Need a Good Menu
stuffed chicken breasts? You can do it easily with stuffing and then roll the breast around it and bake in a cream of chicken soup mix. I found that recipe at kraftkitchens.com (I think).
Penne a la vodka w/ chicken.....easy yet a WOW meal.
Pasta Primavera? My sister showed me an easy way to do it....a jar of tasty sauce (any kind you like) and add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce. Throw in some fresh veggies and toss with pasta.
