Yes, pay is always negotiable. I don't know exactly what the position is, but I was going to go back to retail a few years ago and I told them what I wanted to get paid, it took a little bit but eventually they were going to give it to me.

the pay is what it is-- but I asked to have a salary and performance review at 3 months. So, that's the best I can ask for.
