Need a trick or product recco...

Like an idiot, I wore heels all day yesterday and walked like over a mile in them and got blisters on my toes. Tonight, I am going out and I need to wear heels for my outfit-- so, I need to do something to protect my toes so they don't kill.

Band aids don't stick-- are there any wonder products that will take care of my tootsies?

Re: Need a trick or product recco...

I would pop the blister and try not to wear socks today and let it dry out a little.

then put on the band aid skin thing. That liquid band aid. And if you can, stick a moleskin in your shoe...NOT to your blister...trust meChat Icon

Try Secondskin or any other liquid bandaid. Also, Bandaid also makes a cushiony bandaid just for blisters.

I just got back from the store and got the moleskin and something else from Lady Scholls... we might have some liquid band aid around the house..

I popped them last night and they are pretty dry now- gross I know. I think I will be ok. I will only have to walk a block or so, but will be on my feet all night... unless I fall down in drunken stupor.

if you put band aids on the blister and moleskin on the inside of the shoes you should be fine - moleskin is amazing!!!

nope, i have found that it stays on really well.

but if you are worried, cut some extra the same size as you are putting in your shoe and put it in your purse so you can replace it if you need to.

Are you worried about it being onthe shoe forever or leaving residue?

I think it depends on the quality of the leather/shoe. Because I have had lesser quality shoes where it got stuck on and peeled off some of the leather inside (if it was even leather) but then I've put it on good shoes and it came off easily.
