Need broccoli rabe recipe - WITHOUT Sausage!
got one to share? i got two bunches to cook up. i am the only one that eats it so two recipes would be great (or i'll get tired of it real quick)

I love it very simple
steamed then cooked with LOTS of fresh chopped garlic and parmiggiano then served over penne (you can add the cooking liquid or chicken stock to the rabe to give it a "sauce" quality)

I like to blanch it, cut it up then saute it with some garlic and olive oil. I serve it over pasta, adding a bit of olive oil when I plate it. Make sure you have good Parmigiana cheese to shred over it.
