Need bull. board ideas for fifth grade....
Any thoughts? My school is very big on doing spectacular boards and it almost becomes competitive...

It can be anything...doesn't necc. have to be writing....it could be math or science too...

Well, if it for right now, you can go with the back to school/getting to know you type writing board.
Or you can spotlight a particular piece of literature..does your school do any school wide books?
Random qs, but might help you get ideas....(I have ideas for each, but wonder if you are heading in a certain direction....)

Thanks... I appreciate your help. I am completing one for next week. It is sort of a "Snapshot of Class 5-555". The kids are writing a 2 paragraph descriptive piece about themselves...and we are putting their picture with it..
My second board is due Oct. and it can stay until Dec. 1. I was thinking of doing something cool that would incorporate the Social Studies material that we will be preparing for, since the test is in November... thanks again...
