Need Carpenter / Landscaper Recommendation ASAP

Hi Ladies.

Please help me out if you can. I'm looking for a Carpenter and Landscaper Recommendation (Not in one person, one of each).

If you know any carpenter's that have done a good job or that you trust, that is especially important to me.

There is backstory to this but i'll vent it out in the relationship board instead of boring all of you lmao.

We live in a High Ranch and are renovating the den downstairs which would include the steps down to the first floor, french doors into den and door on laundry, sheetrock, fixing 2 closets, flooring, and just basically renovating and making it a cozy room to lounge around in.

Landscaping - Grass needs to be roto-tilled, filled with top soil, seeding and weekly maintenance.

Where do you live? I have a carpenter that is living on my block that I have used for a couple of things and I recommend him to people. If you are interested I can give you his info

I use a local high school kid (17) who's trying to start his own business. he does a really good job and is a lot cheaper than the "professionals". let me know if you want his info.
