Need Computer Repair Help-URGENT
Can someone refer me to a place where I can get a Dell Laptop repaired.
My one year old ripped of the SHIFT and CAP LOCK key and it's my sister's laptop.
I'd like to get it repaired ASAP.
I live in Suffolk County.

Most keys can just snap back in. I've popped off and replaced quite a few keys over the years (sometimes, intentionally.... othertimes, not so much...  )

I cant get it back on, there a few peices that came off underneath.

Is it still under warranty? If so, they can send out a tech to replace it - usually next day.
If some other parts broke off, they'll probably need to replace the whole keyboard, which they might need Dell parts for, so a place like Geeksquad etc might not have Dell keyboards on hand. You might need to order the part and when you recieve the part bring it back to them to replace.
