Need creative minds for a reward system
Hi everyone 
I'm planning a coat/blanket/food drive at work and we decided to put a little healthy competition into it.
We wanted to apply some kind of reward system for the people who bring in the most items. So far already we've come up with a few things:
1. One dress down day IOU to be used on any Monday through Thursday.
2. A week/month of parking in our company parking spot. It's in the garage which will be nice on rainy, snowy days.
3. Being taken out to lunch by the boss.
Thing is, that's all I could really come up with because doing time-off rewards was nixed by our manager. He doesn't want to "reward" people by allowing them not to work. 
Does anyone have any ideas on how I should do this or other reward system items that don't include money or time off?

Free lunch/coffee certificates?
I know you had 'free lunch with the boss' but I know that I would rather just have free lunch and not have to spend it with my boss.

How about an extended lunch hour....say an hour and a half
or late start friday....don't need to be in until an hour after the day started or end the day and hour early?

If you have to clean the kitchen or cover phones for any reason maybe a month off of that.

leave a 1/2 hour early (not that much time off)
the rest depends on the office...what does everyone complain about? the walk to the mailboxes? the temperature of the office? is music played over a loudspeaker?

Hmm good ideas... Thank you!
Instead of focusing on positive things, focus on negative things and how they can get out of it.  I thought of another one... on a snowy day, the boss will go out, warm up their car, clean it off.
